We are pricing our cabin rental a bit differently, it is based on your footprint.

Example - If just using one bedroom with 1-2 people, we close off the 2nd bedroom and loft for sleeping. Cost is based on bedroom/loft usage.

1-2 people (one bedroom only) $140 + taxes = $155 per night with a 2-night minimum

2-4 people (two bedrooms OR 1 bedroom & loft) $175 + taxes = $190 per night with a 2-night minimum

2-6 people (two bedrooms plus loft) $200 + taxes = $220 per night with a 2-night minimum

Check-in is 3 PM and Check-out is 12 noon, if you want to stay later (to 6 PM) add $40.

  Max people sleeping inside is 6, total # must be revealed while reserving, any updates must be made prior to arrival, no exceptions.

PETS are not allowed. Event/Parties are not allowed with your current rental, reach out prior to arriving to see if we can accommodate your event/party, there will be additional costs.  We the Hosts (Ed & Sydney) are located a few homes down the road to assist when needed.  

If an additional person wants to bring a self-contained RV – Sites maybe available in grass specific areas, $40 - a night includes electric and water added to the 1-2 , 2-4 or 5-6 people rate. There is no outside bathroom on-site.  Reservations are a must, no exceptions.

We have the following 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (showers, no tubs) and open loft with 2 twin beds.

1 bedroom with private bath, King bed, Internet TV with Roku

1 bedroom with Queen bed, Internet TV with Roku

Living Room open concept, Internet TV with Roku (for all TV’s - bring your subscriptions, such as YouTube TV, NFL, Sports, Netflix etc… upon leaving the subscriptions are cleared from TV)

Open Loft with 2 twin beds (no TV)

Open Loft has 2 twin beds, not suitable for young children. Suggestion - the adults can sleep in twin beds and have young children on air-mattress (s) (you provide).  We can provide a gate when needed, but no children should be put upstairs when gate being used unless parents are with them.
