We are pricing our cabin rental a bit differently, it is based on your footprint.

Example - If just using one bedroom, we close off the 2nd bedroom and loft for sleeping. Cost is based on bedroom/loft usage.

1 bedroom only $140 + taxes = $155 per night

2 bedrooms OR 1 bedroom & loft $165 + taxes = $180 per night

All 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms plus loft $200 + taxes = $220 per night

Check-in is 3 PM and Check-out is 12 noon, if you want to stay later (to 6 PM, if available) add $40.

 Max people sleeping inside is 6, and the total number must be stated while reserving, any updates must be made prior to arrival, no exceptions.

To protect the local tranquility and wildlife and to maintain an allergen-free environment for all our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking inside. Your rental does not include event, or parties (please reach out for availability) Quiet time 10 PM - 8 AM.

We have the following : 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (showers, no tubs)

1 King bedroom with private bath, Internet TV with Roku

1 Queen bedroom, Internet TV with Roku

1 Loft bedroom with 2 twin beds & privacy screen

Living Room open concept, Internet TV with Roku (for all TV’s - bring your subscriptions, such as YouTube TV, NFL, Sports, Netflix etc… upon leaving the subscriptions are cleared from TV)

Loft has 2 twin beds, not suitable for very young children that require a gate. Suggestion - the adults can sleep in twin beds and have young children on air-mattress (s) (you provide).  We can provide a gate when needed, but no children should be put upstairs when gate being used unless parents are with them.

Events: If you would like to host an event or large party, please reach out prior to arriving to see if we can accommodate, there will be additional costs.  We are located a few homes down the road to assist when needed.  

RV: If an additional person wants to bring a self-contained RV – Sites maybe available in grass specific areas, $45 with taxes included - a night includes electric and water added to the the room rates. There is no outside bathroom on-site.  Reservations are a must, no exceptions.

Weather: We are located in the Appalachian Temperate Rain Forest. For this reason we do not offer refunds for rainy weather. There is always something to do in the area, Blowing Rock and Boone are chockful of galleries, museums, shops, and you will find it may rain in one area and not 3 miles away.
